Biography

Ms. Hernandez is a lecturer for the Department of Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese of the Penn State College of the Liberal Arts. She joined Penn State in 2002. Prior to coming to Penn State she served as Licensed Spanish Teacher for the K-12 System of Georgia at the Elementary, Middle, and High School levels. Ms. Hernandez has a B.S. in Psychology from the San Martin de Porres University in Lima-Peru, and a M.A. in Foreign Language Education from University of Georgia. Besides teaching Spanish face-to-face in the Spanish Basic Language Program, she also teaches Online Spanish for Penn State World Campus and Penn State University Park.
