Biography:

I am Associate Librarian and Curator of Romance Language and Latin American Collections with joint appointments in the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences and the Eberly Family Special Collections Library in the University Libraries. I am responsible for building and managing print collections and online content and curating rare books, manuscripts, and archives to facilitate learning, teaching, and research in Iberian, Latin American, Latinx, and Luso-Afro-Brazilian studies, Italian studies, and French and Francophone studies. I also provide research consultations and reference services and deliver course-related library instruction sessions.

My research examines issues of area and international studies librarianship, collection development, collaborative collections and shared print, the publishing industry, and the production and dissemination of scholarship and academic content from/about Latin America and Western Europe.
