Most login problems can be attributed to one of the following reasons:

  • We recommend using Mozilla Firefox or Safari browsers on your Mac or PC. ANGEL is not fully supported for use with Internet Explorer.
  • ANGEL is under routine maintenance every morning between 4:00 - 6:00 a.m. You will not have access to ANGEL during these times.
  • Both user ID and passwords are case sensitive in ANGEL. If your log-in and password are not working when you sign into ANGEL go to and update your password. You can use the same password or choose a new one if you like. If you are unsure of your user ID or password, Please call 814-863-2494 for assistance.
  • Cookies must be enabled on your browser to log into ANGEL. Please refer to the following link to learn how to enable cookies. Enable Cookies
  • Clearing the cache in your browser will also clear up initializiation errors that can occur during the login process. Please refer to the following link to Clear the browser cache.
