FAQ - RealPlayer - Configuring Preferences
Are you using RealPlayer and can't hear or see your media files?
- Open RealPlayer
- Go into the Tools menu along the top, click on Preferences
- From there click on Media types and check all audio, video, and MP3 file types
- Click OK
Over time these check boxes can become unchecked if you use other media players.
