FAQ - Login Issues
Most login problems can be attributed to one of the following reasons:

- Internet Explorer on the Macintosh platform will not work on ANGEL at
this time. We recommend using Mozilla Firefox
or Safari browsers on your Mac.
- ANGEL is under routine maintenance every morning between 6-6:30 AM EST and
every Tuesday between 5:30-7:30 AM EST. You will not have access to
ANGEL during these times.
- Both user ID and passwords are case sensitive in ANGEL.
If your log-in and password are not working when you sign into ANGEL go to https://www.work.psu.edu/password
and update your password. You can use the same password or choose a new
one if you like. If you are unsure of your user ID or password, Please
call 814-863-2494 for assistance. - Cookies must be enabled on your browser to log into ANGEL. Please refer
to the following link to learn how to enable cookies. Enable Cookies
- Clearing the cache in your browser will also clear up initializiation
errors that can occur during the login process. Please refer to the following
link to Clear the browser cache.
