FAQ - QuickTime Player - Configuring Preferences
Are you using QuickTime and can't hear or see your media files?
- Open QuickTime Player
- Go the Edit menu --> Preferences --> QuickTime Preferences
- Click on the File Types tab and check all video, audio, and MP3 file types
- Click OK
Over time these check boxes can become unchecked if you use other media players.
